About Rebecca
Rebecca brings over 20 years of administrative experience to the team, including several years supporting mental health practices across the country. We first had the pleasure of working with Rebecca through an outside administrative service, and quickly discovered she was someone we couldn't imagine our team without. After several years of working together, we were thrilled to bring her in-house!
As the primary point of contact for new clients at both of our practices, Rebecca brings a rare combination of warmth, efficiency, and an impressive knowledge of our clinical team. Having worked closely with our providers for years, she knows their personalities, strengths, and therapeutic styles, and takes great care in helping each client connect with someone who will be a genuinely good fit. Rebecca understands that finding a therapist is about much more than scheduling an appointment. It's about finding the right person to work alongside you.
Rebecca is also the person who makes things happen behind the scenes. She's dependable, resourceful, and exceptionally good at keeping things moving, whether she's answering questions, coordinating schedules, or helping clients navigate the process of getting started. She takes pride in making sure people feel heard, supported, and taken care of from their very first interaction with our practices.
When she's not making things happen at work, Rebecca can often be found cheering on her son at the baseball field or supporting her aspiring ballerina at the ballet. She also enjoys camping, riding ATVs, spending time on the lake, and taking long hikes with her husband and family.
